By engaging Limitless Interiors & Design, you agree to the following terms:
Services
Limitless Interiors & Design provides interior design services including full-service design, design plans, virtual design, and consulting. The scope of each project will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the start of work.
Fees & Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your project and reserve time in our schedule. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your project agreement.
Additional time beyond the agreed scope, including revisions or expanded services, will be billed at an hourly rate.
Scope of Work
Services are limited to those outlined in your selected package or proposal. Any additional requests or changes to scope may result in additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate measurements and information
• Timely communication and approvals
• Purchasing items unless otherwise agreed upon
Delays in communication or decision-making may impact project timelines.
Purchasing & Procurement
If product sourcing is provided, clients are responsible for final purchasing unless procurement services are added. Limitless Interiors & Design is not responsible for third-party shipping delays, damages, or backorders.
Revisions
Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of design services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Liability
Limitless Interiors & Design is not liable for issues related to third-party vendors, contractors, or product performance. All selections are recommendations, and final decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, plans, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Limitless Interiors & Design and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

By submitting an inquiry or engaging services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
